Health Records

Parents at the beginning of the year, yellow cards about half the size of a sheet of paper are sent home that say Emergency Information Record at the top. These cards are kept by your school nurse to have in the clinic with emergency contacts and any health information on them. It is crucial that you carefully look at these cards and answer each question. If you don't think it really applied, but still need to share something with me you may do so through email, DOJO, or phone. As health needs, medications or phone numbers change through out the year please keep this information up to date. If at any time, you need to contact me regarding your child, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO SO!

 
HOW MUCH SLEEP DO I NEED?
 
 
Newborn: 0-2 months 12-18 hours (including naps)
Infants 3-11 months 14-15 hours (including 2 naps)
Toddlers: 1-3 years 12-14 hours (including 1 nap)
Preschoolers: 3-5 years 11-13 hours (including 1 nap)
School – age children: 5 – 10 years 10-11 hours
Teens: 10 – 17 years 8 ½ to 9 ½ hours
Adults 7-9 hours
